You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your bpexc account are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal, fraudulent, or illegal activity. bpexc is required to comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and may request documentation to verify the source of funds at any time.
bpexc reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Where enhanced due diligence is required, withdrawal processing times may be extended. Withdrawals will only be made to payment methods registered in the same name as the bpexc account.
No Fees: bpexc does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., JazzCash, HBL) may apply their own service charges, which are outside bpexc's control.

All odds displayed on bpexc are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of confirmation are the odds that will apply to your bet. In the event of a manifest error in odds — for example, decimal odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault — bpexc reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes.
In-play (live) betting is available on selected events and markets. In-play odds change rapidly in response to match events. bpexc operates a brief bet-acceptance delay for in-play markets to manage latency risk. Bets placed during this delay window are subject to the odds at the time of acceptance, which may differ slightly from the odds displayed at the time of submission.
If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum time threshold specified in the relevant sport's rules, the bet will be voided and your stake returned. For cricket matches subject to rain interruptions, bets will be settled based on Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) revised targets where applicable and the result is official.
bpexc reserves the right to apply maximum payout limits per event, per market, and per day. Applicable limits are displayed in your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time. Where a bet would result in winnings exceeding the applicable limit, the stake will be partially accepted to the level that brings potential winnings within the limit.
